Chuck Jones Center
Non-profit Art Organization
My Role: Developer
For those who may not know, Chuck Jones was the man responsible for many of the Looney Tunes characters, such as Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote. Chuck's creativity would go on to inspire many, even after his passing. Chuck Jones Center for Creativity (CJCC) is a great example of this, functioning as a non-profit organization that creates events and other programs for kids to let loose their inner imagination and express themselves in different ways. CJCC needed a site created to share their most current events and happenings to as many people as possible. They also needed this site to have administrators that would be able to easily edit the content and add new entries to keep these people coming back to check out the newest events at The Center.
CJCC wanted to be able to update the site on their own, with new events, photos and videos. We created a Admin Panel that would allow an admin to upload any content they wish, and in an easy manner. We were able to create tools that guide an Admin through adding new videos, photos, events, and more. The key was giving the Admin a lot of power in the different types of content they could upload without any web development experience necessary.
CJCC were thrilled with their fully featured new site and were very grateful to my team and I for our hard work.
